Actor and director, Ben Affleck is taking part in a challenge in which you only live on $1.50 a day, for a week.
USA today is reporting that Affleck is being joined by Josh Groban, Sophia Bush, and Debi Mazar in the 2013 Live Below The Line challenge.
The whole thing is being put together by the Global Poverty Project, and it is designed to raise awareness about extreme poverty. The celebrities will live on $1.50 of food and drink ad day from April 29 – May 3.
The idea is to raise money for the 1.4 billion people who face extreme poverty everyday. $1.50 is the current number used to define extreme poverty in the world.
